Pepper spray was needed to break up a weekend dispute outside a local establishment.
Dryden Police were speaking with a driver in the parking lot early Sunday morning when a disturbance broke out.
Police say 50-year-old Kevin Hutchison has been charged with uttering threats and obstructing police, and another person was charged with public intoxication.
In addition, 21-year-old Travis Hutchison has been charged with assaulting police, resisting arrest, causing a disturbance and five counts of uttering threats.
