Police Seize Assault Rifles In Bust

Nishnawbe-Aski Police say a serious incident has been avoided in the remote northern First Nation of Summer Beaver.
Police searched a Summer Beaver home as part of an ongoing investigation.
Officers seized two Norinko AK-47 semi-automatic assault rifles and one high-capacity 30 round magazine.
No charges have been laid at this time and the investigation is on-going.
