Political Tug-of-War Possibly Brewing

Greg Rickford says he’s done nothing wrong!
Quebec Liberal MP Marlene Jennings is upset that the Kenora Conservative MP advertised last weekend’s gun registry information session and fund-raising dinner in Dryden on his Government homepage.
Jennings has indicated that she will ask the Speaker of the House of Commons to examine whether this violates the rules governing the use of Parliamentary resources.
Rickford says this is just another attack on gun owners and Northerners.
He adds its his role to update constituents on the status of the gun registry and he was able to raise money for the Dryden Rifle and Pistol Club and Dryden Fairgrounds at the same time.
Rickford says he followed the rules and is not worried about this at all.
