The Portage Terriers of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League is turning to the SIJHL to upgrade its roster.
The Terriers have acquired goaltender Drew Strandberg from the Thunder Bay Bearcats.
The 20-year-old finished with 20 wins and posted a 2.60-goals against average last season.
Portage also acquired Fort Frances Sabres forward Kalib Thunderchief.
The 20-year-old recorded 14-points in 29-games with the Sabres last year.
