Positive Reaction To Dudley Hewitt Cup

It’s crunch time at the Dudley Hewitt Cup in Dryden.

The round-robin ended Thursday night, and now organizers are preparing for two memorable playoff games Friday and Saturday.

SIJHL Commissioner Bryan Graham says everything has been running smoothly.

Graham says the Committee, led by Colleen Oliphant, has done a tremendous job, along with all of the volunteers.

He stresses hosting an event of this caliber is a huge financial commitment, believing the group has met its goals.

Graham is also thanking the sponsors and advertisers for their support.

The tournament has attracted good crowds, especially in the evening Ice Dogs games, with well over 1,000 people in attendance every day.
