The Elementary Teachers Federation is frustrated with the Provincial Government over a failure to negotiate a contract agreement.
The union is threatening strike action starting in December.
Union spokesperson Ellen Chambers says things would have been different if the government hadn’t tried to impose a contract deal on them.
The ETFO has promised to give parents 72 hours notice before any strike, which will affect operations in each public elementary school throughout Ontario.
