Prescription Pills Seized from Thunder Bay Airport

Two sisters from the Northern community of Weagamow face drug charges following a drug investigation at the Thunder Bay Airport.
Police say the sisters were attempting to smuggle $28,000 worth of Oxycontin pills to the remote First Nation.
21-year-old Samantha and 18-year-old Eleanor Chikane face possession and trafficking charges.
