A Rainy River man is back in custody after he tried to flee.
Dryden Police say while bail court was in session Wednesday at the local Courthouse, a 26-year-old man attempted to escape from police custody.
Officers quickly captured the prisoner before he could escape.
The accused now faces a charge of escaping lawful custody.
