Proboard Buyer Known

Finally some good news for the Town of Atikokan.
The Receiver handling Proboard Limited has found a buyer for the plant.
A tentative agreement has been reached with British Columbia based Fibre-Tech.
Mayor Dennis Brown says a number of conditions still have to be ironed out and the deal has to be approved by the Ontario Superior Court.
Dan Warren, originally of Atikokan, is a partner in Fibre-Tech, and he is expected to announce more details later today.
Proboard went into receivership last year putting 130 people out of work.
