A Manitoba Court has determined there is enough evidence to proceed with a trial against Dryden’s Bob McGillvray.
McGillvray was arrested in December 2010 at a Brandon gun show and was charged with 66-prohibited weapons charges.
A preliminary hearing has concluded and Manitoba’s highest court will set a trial date on March 12th.
McGillvray has pleaded not guilty.
McGillvray also faces 11-similar charges in Dryden.
His next court date locally is February 28th.
