Dryden’s Chris Pronger is back in Canada.
The 30-year-old defenceman has been traded to the Edmonton Oilers.
St.Louis traded the restricted free agent for defenceman Eric Brewer, forward’s Doug Lynch and Jeff Woywitka.
Pronger will sign a 5-year deal, worth $6.25 million a year.
Pronger, who was the Blues captain, has played in 4 NHL All-Star games and is a two-time Olympian.
He has 400 points in 722 NHL Games.
