New rules governing Ontario’s child care providers are coming back before MPP’s at Queen’s Park.
The proposed legislation includes stiffer penalties for those found guilty of an infraction, and increases the number of children a licensed home-based provider can care for.
It’s another previously introduced bill that was killed with the election call.
Relatives, babysitters, nannies and camps providing programs for school-aged children are exempt.
