Proposed Red Lake Skateboard Park

Officials in Red Lake are trying to gauge the interest in a proposed Skateboard Park in the community.
A public meeting is scheduled for tomorrow night at the Red Lake Indian Friendship Centre.
While the Town hasn’t had a problem of skaters invading the downtown core, the number of people taking up the sport is on the rise.
The Town says they would like to see 30 people sign on to the project before any decision is made.
A piece of property near the Red Lake Hospital and the High School is being eyed.
