Province Applies For Federal Funding For Ring Of Fire

Another major step forward for making the Ring of Fire mining development a reality.
Northern Development and Mines Minister Michael Gravelle says he has applied to the Building Canada Fund for the federal government’s contribution to the project.
He says he’s fired off a letter to Natural Resources Minister Greg Rickford with the $1-billion request.
