Ontario is providing more financial relief for area Municipalities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The money will help ensure they don’t carry operating deficits into 2021.
An approved funding application and new funds will give Sioux Lookout roughly $1.2 million.
Dryden is set to receive $87,000, while Red Lake will get $54,000.
Ignace is in line for $31,000, while Machin gets $30,000.
Ear Falls is welcoming $28,000.
The money will allow local communities to continue vital services and proceed with capital investments in the new year as part of the economic road to recovery.
