A Winnipeg man has been charged after a car was recovered from Portage Bay in Kenora Wednesday.
Emergency crews were called after an unoccupied car rolled down the boat ramp and into the water.
As a result of a police investigation, 34-year-old Bart Bartel has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle and public mischief.
No one was in the vehicle at the time.
