Another twist in the on-going labour dispute between elementary teachers and the province.
The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario has filed a bad faith bargaining complaint with the Ontario Labour Relations Board
The union accuses the Ontario Public School Board Association of attempting to undermine any progress made at the bargaining table, by issuing a statement about the talks.
A release from the Association says the parties have agreed on most issues, including class size, salaries and prep-time, with sick leave and benefits still outstanding.
