Provincial Police are again requesting more information from the public for the murder of a 40 year old man in Sioux Lookout.
OPP say on September 5th, between 8:30pm and 9:00pm, several vehicles and pedestrians were spotted passing by the victim on 7th Avenue near Roy Lane.
The man was wearing light brown pants and a green windbreaker, and witnesses may have been unaware that the man was in distress.
He was later identified as 40-year-old George Tait from Sachigo Lake First Nation
The OPP Northwest Region Crime Unit under the direction of Detective Inspector Scott Moore of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch are continuing to investigate this as a homicide.
