The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is examining its
programs that have helped increase the graduation rate for both
aboriginal and non-aboriginal students.
Official Sean Monteith says connection courses, urban aboriginal
programs and all day co-op placements have kept students interested in
school.
The Board currently has a 78% graduation rate.
The Province has set a 2010 deadline of 85% as the benchmark.
