There’s another movement to build a Seniors Housing complex in Dryden.
The Cooperative would allow seniors to sell their home and move into a building that will be completely maintained.
Sandra Boyko believes there’s a need for it in the community.
Boyko says a lot of people don’t want to live in their home anymore and are looking for a nice environment that see them have ownership of the building.
She notes the project was first brought forward 9-years ago but didn’t go anywhere.
A public meeting is being held tonight (Tuesday) at 7:00 at the Best Western.
