The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board will not make a deadline to submit its budget to the Ministry of Education by tomorrow.
Superintendant of Business Dean Carrie says the finance committee has completed its work, but the budget still needs the approval of all 10 trustees.
Carrie adds that they had to cut 1.3 million dollars, which included some cuts to staffing.

He says they will not get their all of their September grants when the funding is released next month.
