Public School Board Introduces New Mental Health Co-Lead

The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is continuing to improve its mental health services.

Larae Harbour has been introduced as a new Mental Health Co-Lead, who will assist Candice Kerkermeier in her work.

Harbour says the team is excited to get to work because the public board has been a leader in mental health and wellness promotion over the past seven years.

Harbour says they have been a champion that “students come first”.

He has previous experience working with Jack.org, which is a Canadian Mental Health Organization.
