A 45-year-old Quebec man faces a slew of charges following a traffic stop conducted by Dryden Police.
Officers clocked the accused doing 100 in a 70-zone Sunday afternoon.
Police say Andre Gagnon of Sherbrooke was charged with several infractions under the Highway Traffic Act and Liquor Licence Act as well as possession of a controlled substance.
A 33-year-old hitchhiker was also in the vehicle and will be transported back to Winnipeg.
