Queen’s Park Reacts To Ottawa Shooting

The shooting on Parliament Hill also resonated to Queen’s Park today.
MPP’s had discussed postponing Question Period, but Premier Kathleen Wynne says it’s important to carry on.
Wynne says she spoke with the leaders of both opposition parties.
She notes they all agreed that people who are using violence to undermine democracy want them to be silenced and she stressed they refuse to be silenced.
MPP’s stood for a minute’s silence for the soldier who was shot and killed.
