An informal group named ‘Concerned Family and Friends of Patricia Gardens’ has been formed in hopes of protecting Supportive Housing in Dryden.
Spokesperson Liz Lundstrom says they are not trying to interfere with the dispute involving support staff they just want answers from the Province and Pat Gardens about daily operations.
Lundstrom says they plan to speak directly with the residents of the facility to find out the level of care they are receiving.
The group is concerned about a number of issues including governance, the elimination of the night shift employee and a change in the menu being offered to seniors.
