There is concern in Ear Falls that the new 12-megawatt Hydro Electric
Power Plant will be put on the shelf.
In late February construction crews moved-in to begin work however for
the past 2-weeks all activity has ceased.
Mayor Jim Desmarais says the Town has been left in the dark.
