The Quetico Centre near Atikokan is set to receive federal funding to carry out an employment project.
MP Ken Boshcoff has announced almost 34-thousand dollars for a project to help 8 E-I recipients gain work experience in building renovation and reconstruction.
Participants will likely gain jobs in carpentry, plumbing and drywalling.
In addition to the federal dollars, the Quetico Centre is investing more than 51-thousand to the project.
