Quick End to Strike

A Canadian Auto Workers strike at Bombardier’s Thunder Bay rail car plant ended quickly.
The 700 union members went on strike Tuesday but the two sides resumed negotiations Wednesday and hammered out a tentative agreement last night.
Members are to vote on the offer on Saturday.
Workers will remain on strike until the deal is ratified.
