Despite a relatively warm weekend, very little forest fire activity in the northwest region.
Just two new forest fires were reported.
One was late Sunday night near Amesdale, the other Saturday by Kasabonika.
In the meantime, a few more forest fire personnel were dispatched out west to help battle wild fires.
There are now 138 MNR fire rangers in Alberta along with pumps and hose equipment.
