Rainy River Area Records More COVID Cases

The Northwestern Health Unit is reporting three new COVID cases Thursday.

They all come from the Rainy River area.

There are now eight active cases in the region.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit recorded three new cases but the active count has dropped to 10.

Ontario is reporting 296 positives and six COVID-related deaths.

That’s the fourth straight day below 300.

The test positivity hit 1.1%, the lowest since September 25.
