Ontario’s Minister of Natural Resources says the
Canadian Government will have to negotiate a settlement
for the return of money collected illegally through US
imposed softwood lumber duties.
David Ramsay says if the government wants lasting trade
peace, sitting down and talking with representatives from
the U-S is the only way.
