Minister of Natural Resources David Ramsay says the
province will take swift action against North Dakota, if
the state goes ahead with a proposed pipeline from Lake of
the Woods.
Ramsay says they’re keeping an eye on all eight proposed
options to solve North Dakota’s future water shortages.
