A travel advisory for anyone heading west this morning.
The RCMP in Manitoba say travel is not recommended at this time due to icy road conditions.
Highway 1 is listed as bare, but areas to the west of Winnipeg are listed as very slippery.
Highway 17 towards Vermillion Bay is listed as bare and wet with some snow-covered sections with poor visibility.
