A five month investigation by the Sudbury detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police has lead to the arrest of a man from Kapuskasing.
Police conducted a search warrant in February and seized a number of chainsaws bearing the counterfeit Husqvarna logo, as well as tools that were used to forge a trademark.
RCMP say 45-year-old Raymond Aubin has been charged with passing of wares with the intent to deceive or defraud the public, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of instruments intended to be used in the forging of a trade mark.
