Kenora hit -32.3 degrees yesterday just surpassing the old record of -32.1 degrees in 1977.
Sioux Lookout reached -39.7 degrees beating the old mark of -36.1 degrees set in 1964.
Fort Frances dropped down to -39.2 degrees with the old record being -35 degrees in 1996.
