Red Lake Heritage Centre

Red Lake hopes to go to tender shortly on a 900 square-metre Heritage Centre.
The facility will include a Museum, multi-purpose Gallery and Tourist Centre exhibiting the communities aboriginal and gold mining history in the area.
Red Lake Mayor Dunc Wilson says they have received a $230,000 shot in the arm from the province as well as other partners.
Despite the partnerships, Wilson is still concerned about tenders coming in over budget as they did recently for the Water Treatment Plants in Golden and Madsen.
