This is Mental Health Week and Red Lake District High School is working with students to stress the importance of wellness and taking care of yourself.
Guidance Counsellor and Student Services Leader Nicole Kristoff says taking care of your mental health often gets ignored.
Kristoff says 15 agencies will be at the school Thursday to meet with students.
A number of events have been held this week including physical activities, meditation and information sessions.
