The Margaret Cochenor Memorial Hospital in Red Lake is welcoming a new Chief Executive Officer.
Jennifer Lawrance will take over as CEO on June 26th.
She replaces Angela Bishop who has been the interim CEO since August of 2024.
Lawrance had been working as Implementation Lead for the Health Team in the District and City of Thunder Bay.
She also has worked as the Director of Health Services at NorWest Community Health Centre in Thunder Bay and Vice President of Quality and Support Services at Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre.
As CEO, she’ll oversee all hospital operations and work with physicians, staff, community partners, and the Board of Directors.
