Red Lake’s Pete McLeod Places Third At Red Bull Air Race

A great start to the race season for Red Lake’s Pete McLeod.
McLeod grabbed a third place podium finish in the opening Red Bull Air Race event of the year in Abu Dhabi, United Emirates.
The Garmin team racer finished third despite being plagued by an under performing engine.
McLeod says it was a hard-earned result as he struggled during training.
He is looking to become the youngest world champion in the sport’s history.
The next race is in May in Japan.
