The dragons are about to return to the water.
The Dryden Kinsmen Club is still looking for teams for the 14th Annual Dragon Boat Races.
Ryan Graham and Brad Coles were guests on the CKDR Morning Show Monday to talk about the important fundraiser.
Graham says proceeds from the event support the Still Me Program at the Dryden Regional Health Centre.
He notes the “look good, feel good” campaign provides cancer victims with pick-up products including wigs.
Graham adds a “Survivors Lap” will highlight the July 1st races.
Coles says each participating team must have 12-paddlers, 4 of whom must be women.
