Report Calls For Improved Emergency Services

A report from the Northern Ontario School of Medicine is recommending local training programs for health care workers in remote first nations communities.
Nishnawbe Aski Nation Deputy Grand Chief Alvin Fiddler says such programs would improve the health and safety of those living on reserve.
Nearly 30-First Nations communities in Northern Ontario don’t have access to 911 services.
