Settlement Reached Between Osisko And Goldcorp

It appears tensions have eased a bit between Osisko and Goldcorp.
The two mining companies have settled a lawsuit out of court, just before a scheduled date in front of a Quebec Superior Court judge.
Under the settlement, the offer from Goldcorp has been extended from March 10th to April 15th.
Osisko had argued that Goldcorp misused private information it received last year to make it’s $2.6-billion takeover bid.
