Officials at Riverside Health Care, which includes hospitals in Fort Frances, Emo and Rainy River, have put visitor restrictions in place.
A respiratory illness continues to spread throughout Fort Frances and as a precautionary measure, Riverside wants to protect the health of patients and the community.
A similar visitor ban was implemented at Rainycrest Home for the Aged in Fort Frances a few days ago after 16 residents came down with respiratory problems.
