Richards Ready for Junior Championships

Now that the dress rehearsal is over, it’s down to business for
Kenora’s Mike Richards and the rest of the National Junior Hockey team.
The World Junior Championships open Saturday in North Dakota and
Minnesota.
Richards is the Captain of this year’s squad and says last years loss
to the U.S. in the Gold medal game isn’t an issue.
Canada takes on Slovakia in the opener and will also deal with Finland,
Germany and Sweden in the first round.
Canada has won silver the past 3-years.
