The Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario is hitting the road to discuss health issues with its local nurses.
The organization is hosting a public meeting Tuesday at 6:30 at the Meno-Ya-Win Health Centre in Sioux Lookout.
Chief Executive Officer Doris Grinspun says they want to hear where the system still needs improvement.
She will be meeting with registered nurses, nurse practitioners and nursing students as well as others.
Grinspun stresses she wants to get a front-line view of what needs to be changed in the industry.
She adds they also want to celebrate the achievements they’ve made in health, health care and the profession.
