*UPDATE* West River Road (Highway 594) is now OPEN to traffic in front of the Dryden Domtar Mill.
Officials have isolated the pipe and continue to address the issue.
Around 8:30 a.m. this morning, Domtar employees identified a water main break in one of the lines that brings water from the river into the mill, causing the water to flow on to the road.
