Roger Valley on By-Elections

The Federal Liberals believe they are picking up momentum after winning
3 out of 4 by-elections last week.
As for election talk, Kenora MP Roger Valley says his party will sit
down and look at the future.
Valley says his party is ready for a Federal election at any time and
notes they will look at things issue-by-issue.
He says he sees more and more desire in Canadians for an election.
