Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s decision to postpone
parliment until October 16th, isn’t sitting well with
Kenora MP Roger Valley.
Valley says proroguing Parliament ends the current
session and brings all committee work to a halt.

Valley adds the opposition is looking forward to seeing
how Harper deals with Afganistan, Health Care, and
Education in the upcoming Throne Speech.
The House of Commons was set to resume September 17th.
