Kenora MP Roger Valley is dissapointed with the Harper
Government’s decision to prorogue Parliment until October
16th.
Valley says he expects Harper to deal with education and
health care issues in the upcoming throne speech.

all but private members’ bills die.
The House of Commons was set to resume September 17th.
