In loving memory of Rose Guillas (nee Senger and Wice), age 93 years, who passed away peacefully in the Dryden Regional Health Center on Sunday, December 15, 2013.
Rose leaves to mourn her passing her children: Victor (Judith) Wice, Myrna Daye and George (Debra) Wice, all of Dryden, by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, by 4 step children: Anne (Patrice) Letain of Dauphin, Antoine (Marie Ange) of Ste. Rose du Lac, Gertrude (Louis) Verhaeghe of 150 Mile House, and Paulette Brasher of Dauphin, step daughter-in-law Nancy Ireland of Kamloops, 13 step grandchildren and 22 step great grandchildren, her brother Eugene (Fran) Senger and sister Clara Volk, both of Saskatchewan as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Rose was born December 21, 1919, a child of Aloysius Senger and Marianna Silbernagel in Allan, Saskatchewan. Rose was predeceased by her first husband Ceathbert Wice, second husband Guy Guillas, her parents, brothers: Wendlin, Mike and Nicodamus, sisters Anna Wice Richard and Barbara Nicholson Parks, step son Leo Guillas and step grandchild Wendy.
Memorial Funeral Services for Rose Guillas will be held Saturday, December 21st at 2:00 p.m. in the Moffat Chapel of the Stevens Funeral Homes with Rev. Alan Campeau officiating. Interment of ashes will take place in the Dryden Cemetery at a later date. There will be visitation in the Moffat Chapel 1 hour prior to time of service.
